Gale T. Holsman, Jr., founder of Sweep America Systems, began his career sweeping in 1984 with a new start-up. Today, he operates many sweepers in all phases of the sweeping business. Gaining most of his formal training in marketing with Waste Management, Inc., he saw an opportunity to develop a program designed to help promote continued education in the sweeping industry.
